• Do I need a USI?
  

  All certified courses require a USI including our First Aid courses. Please click here to find your USI or create one if you do not already have one.

• What should I wear to my first aid training?
  

  Wear comfortable clothing, preferably not suits, dresses or skirts, as some practical assessments are done on the floor.

• Is there a minimum age?
  

  We accept participants from 14 years old with no upper age limit.

• How will I be assessed?
  

  The theory side of the course will be done online (you will be emailed a training link after you register). We have a hands-on approach to the practical side of the course with progressive assessments throughout the course. This will include written/oral and practical assessments; role play and completion of an incident report form.

• How often do I need to renew my first aid training?

  If your workplace requires you to have current first aid certification, your CPR needs to be updated annually, and your Provide First Aid needs to be completed every three years.
